The page will also show you how many Help articles you have read, and below that it will show how you are doing compared with other fearful flyers based on the amount of  knowledge, support and confidence you have gained.

Flight board is one of the most useful features of the site. You can post details and dates of you flight and we shall shall send messages of support and encouragement as your flight approaches. It also has a message board so that others using the site will be able to support you with their messages and hints and tips.
When you post your flight you will be asked to enter the date of your flight. As your flight approaches we will send you advice and encouragement according to how long it is before your flight. You can expect personal support messages starting 6 months before your flight. Then we will keep in touch on a monthly and weekly basis. We will support you in the days up to your flight, and of course on the day of your flight.

So many people tell us that they go through the booking a ticket procedure on line but get too scared to press ‘Buy’ when asked too. Well we’ve got a pretend booking system on the site where you can practice pressing the button.
You enter any flight details, choose your seat and press confirm. You’ll get a page that is your eTicket which you can print out and discover what it’s like to get a ticket! and you can do it as many times as you want.
But there’s more to the booking a ticket than that … you can see which seats are the best to choose according to your preferences. When you hover over the seat positions you’ll get a description of what that seat offers. You’ll always find that First Class is the best option.

The fear of flying is a learned fear. Un-learning your fear of flying is what you’re doing as you work through this course. Like any learning process you need to know how you’re doing. We encourage you to mark your starting point. If you don’t do that you won’t see your progress so clearly.
Sometimes progress will be slower than you’d like and you’ll slip back into old habits (if that happens go to the section on Motivation). But if you know how you were feeling each time you checked out, it will give you a boost and a feeling of success when you sign in again and see how well you felt you were doing. We’ll chart your progress against the progress of other fearful flyers.

Every one who has a fear of flying has at least one and probably twenty ‘What if … questions.’ We’ve found every what if question we’ve ever been asked and assembled them here for you, In addition we’ve got a whole lot more organised under different headings. If we haven’t covered it you can send me a private message from the site and I’ll answer personally.
And as you can see from the Screenshot, there are videos in the answers too!
In fact there are questions under 9 different headings … and the opportunity for you to ask more in case we’ve missed something.

When you click this message you’ll see a drop down menu which allows you to choose a statement that indicates how you feel about that subject. We record this and use it to assess where you in relation to other people who have a fear of flying.
When you ‘Check Progress’ you will see how we think you are doing compared with most fearful flyers.

The support section is about getting you to help yourself and encouraging others to help you. Although it may seem a harsh statement … it is your fear … no-one else’s, and so YOU have to face it and then YOU will own the cure.
YOU will own the cure. The cure is yours to keep, develop and use.
In turn we hope that you’ll help others too. We have also included help for supporters, giving you a contract that you can agree between yourself and your flying companion(s) to help you to deal with any anxiety you suffer in the build up to your flight and on the day.
Even though it’s your fear…getting the right support and guidance is vital … that where we play our part … 24/7/365. This is THE course where you get not only what you buy, you get more as you go along.

When we designed this course we studied our Ground Course to see exactly how we helped people. We don’t have a rigid structure so that we know what we’re doing at 10 o’clock, half past 11 or any other time. How can we tell what people are scared of and what they need to know?
People’s fears are different, they have different mixes, some maybe scared of turbulence after take off, some may hate turbulence in the cruising phase. Some hate noises in flight some on the ground. No two people are the same.
That’s why we give you a host of things that you can choose from, when you want them and if you want them. You select, read and decide … nothing is obligatory.
We do know that how we’ve arranged the material is how it’s thought of by most people. They want knowledge , they want support and then they need confidence to put it into practice.

This is the heart of the course. It is here that you’ll find Information and Facts. There are at least 60 videos to watch. Some are less than a minute some are 15 minutes or so, depending upon the subject but they are not just videos.
They are scripted and captioned FOR YOU. it is presented not just as facts but in a way that HELPS you to overcome your fear of flying. Anyone can post a video or article stating the facts and adding … “so there’s nothing to worry about”.
That’s not how fearful flyers think. They need facts to encourage and re-assure, to hear the truth but in context. Many videos have captions that we’d like you to memorise and use when you fly, but in fact you have to use them in a way that helps you. Audio clips are there to expalin things to you but also to familiarise yourself with the ‘Sounds of flying’ either on the ground or in flight. Help Section Visit Premium

For many people with a fear of flying it comes as a great relief to know that they are ‘normal’ Most, imagine that they are strange or weak or being silly about something that everyone else can manage. But of course not everyone else does manage. Most people are anxious about flying, most get on and deal with their anxieties, but 40% of people are scared enough to admit it’s very stressful for them. Some of them just ‘grin and bear it’ some take medication, some drink.
So you’re not alone.
But what is your level of fear? Whilst knowing won’t cure your fear, discovering where you are compared top other people will certainly help you. Assess your Fear
Here are some menus that you will find on the site. This first one is on the right hand side of every page. The Knowledge, Support and Confidence menus occupy the centre of the page with My Library making the fourth option along the top. To the right of these is the menu. The ‘Envelope’ icon will notify you of any messages you have received. Selecting Help will take you to the Help section of Knowledge where you will find the Videos and other Articles. My Account and Log Out change according to whether you are signed in or not. Menu2 Most importantly the ‘Search for help here’ window will search the entire site for the word or phrase you have entered. Turbulence for example will bring up over 70 articles about or connected with turbulence in order of relevance.

When you put your cursor over this next menu, the three horizontal bars, it will reveal the options that are available in the Network Section. You can Find Friends, Get Support Post a Message to someone else and set your profile.

You will find this scroll menu on most pages However you will use it most on the sort pages you’ll find in the Help Articles in the Knowledge section.
